This is the 3rd time in about 14 years that we have used Laurence to fit fireplaces, The first time was a complete limestone surround and gas fire, the second time a log burner and last week to replace the gas fire with an inset log burner into the original stone surround. Laurence and his team are professional, punctual, respectful of your property and always pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else.

Repaired chimney flue and made smoke tight by lining with appropriate sealant. Did this from the top of the chimney by dragging the sealant from the base upwards. 2 Hours to complete the procedure. Very pleased with the work and result.

I had heard very good things about Laurence before I booked him but my expectations were exceeded by the super professional job that his team did for me. They did everything from fixing the damp in the old fireplace to sorting out the TV aerial on the chimney. The stove was great too and looks fantastic. I would very highly recommend these guys if you want a wood burner fitted.

Laurence is a subject matter expert on solid fuel systems, boilers and chimney liners. He provided expert advice ensuring we received the system we wanted but we also took advantage of his advice to ensure the regulations were met and the system was efficient. He advised on a concrete liner given the age of the chimney and we are really impressed. First class workmanship no hesitation in recommending.
