Complete Chimney Services are a very prompt, reliable and professional company. They not only swept the chimney, but also, today came and fixed a broken wood burner very quickly and efficiently. They advised on where I should site my carbon monoxide alarm, and also gave good advice on how to maintain the burner. I can definitely recommend this company.

Arrived on time and was very careful to keep soot to a minimum. Very pleasant and well worth the cost which was not too much.

Peter installed a Charnwood stove a few years ago at my property. He arrived on time and got the job done for the agreed price and the stove works perfect, looks great and has never missed a beat. I use CCS to sweep the stove every year in the autumn and Peter always provides an efficent and clean service every year without fail

Following from below, we asked peter to come back and fit a stove following his previous advice, he did his best to fit us in before Christmas, again as before very clean and professional, has kept us very warm in the recent snow. Even when we had a query he stopped by on his way to another job.
Peter came to clean our chimney, he was very friendly and his work was clean and professional. He took the time out to answer our questions and is very knowledgeable giving some great tips and advice.

We've just had Peter visit to clean our log burner. While the cleaning took place, Peter took the time to also explain to me everything about our burner, how to look after it, correctly use it and best practices. This is something greatly appreciated as my knowledge was simply based on 30 years ago, watching my parents use fireplaces. The lesson alone was worth the fee in my opinion.
