In this day and age of online shopping and significant efforts to avoid human interaction during purchases, I'm glad this shop continues its success. I visited recently for a some quality plateware (if that could be considered a word) and I was extremely pleased with the friendly nature conveyed by the staff. It's rare to find yourself in a shop that could just as easily be a relatives living room. I was no doubt 5 minutes away from sitting down for a nice cup of tea to talk over the simple pleasures of life. A breath of fresh air indeed. I wish you all the very best and shall certainly return.

Very cheerful people some beautiful porcelain sets and pillows and few other bits great quality and they have a sale at moment so all the better I bought a beautiful pillow with a horse on it reminds me of my own horse so fell in love and had to buy it Thanku guys loving my pillow

This afternoon I received the latest 2023 Wrendale "Country Set" calendar. Was so impressed having pre-ordered this item as I received a phone call and follow-up email (as I was away at the time) from a REAL person informing me of the delay in sending this due to it being stock they were awaiting. This is over and above anything I expect and a real treat! Safely packaged today, with regular updates for postage tracking also. Cannot fault. A+

What a great shop, this place is.i had a delivery today, packed by Charlotte, everything was well packaged with lots of packing material,it was highly unlikely my items would be damaged by post. Such a lovely shop with old fashioned values. Staff are so helpful, the portmeirion ranges are often discounted and they will take your details to call you when something is in, if you're looking for something specific.
