The China Village

Amazing service! Ordered a teapot and some plates - arrived promptly and really packaged well. China is as the website stated in excellent condition as good as new - I am delighted! I even received a refund a few days later for the postage as had sent in two orders which with the two orders combined put me over the price range for free delivery. I hadn’t even asked for the refund it was just credited to my account - amazing service would highly recommend !

I bought 2 dinner plates to complete my set even though they have not been made for years. I googled their details and up came The China Village with a clear photo of the plates. I filled in their form online, paid by card and they arrived packed brilliantly and in excellent condition. They were quick and emailed me when they were arriving. Brilliant!

I was searching for some cups for a 1958 tea set which belonged to my mother in law when I came upon The China Village website.
I was thrilled to find some pieces of Frost Pine and I managed to order a coffee cup.
Unfortunately they did not have any tea cups but they have a search facility which means you can ask for pieces to be found.
The coffee cup arrived quickly and was well packed. I was pleased with their service.

The service was very efficient & any questions I asked were answered promptly. I also asked for delivery on a later date & it arrived when I had asked for it. I would certainly use again. Thank you China Village!

Excellent, speedy service. Well priced, cheaper than other outlets researched. Goods arrived adequately wrapped, in good order. Already in use to replace our breakages. Would certainly recommend, use, China Village again if required.

Spectacular find to complete a set of The Old Willow. The site is easy to use, and the quick to send. I received my Old Willow teapot in such an impecable state! Great packaging and quick dispatch, although I got it with a slight delay because of customs. Five stars! *****

The products are really good quality, delivery came packed to a high standard, so they would not break. But the only thing I was very disappointed about was i paid extra money, to have the package signed for when delivered. But the package was just left at the front door, didn't see any sign of the delivery driver.
