Really poor customer service. I signed up for the 7 sessions for £300 for neck and shoulder problem. After first Session I felt worse the next day. Could Not hardly move. Doctor advised not to have any more Sessions. However getting a refund was so hard. Had to pay an admin fee of £20.00. in the shop it's not clear about admin fee. Really in small print as well. Poor customer service once they got my money.

Really terrible service. Had a few sesions and made no difference. Completle money waiste. Especially at the moment during covid-19 terrible higine. Nowhere to wash your hands. No one wears masks. Everything is dirty and no one really cares. For sure would not recommend.

Very poor service and communication. Had a neck and shoulder massage it was awful not skilled at all. broken noisy couch was moving with any movement with dirty and tiny room. If I knew I would never go there. Honestly government should close the place because of poor hygiene and poor service also health and safety if I could star 0 I would put that. Don't get fool of other reviews with higher star you only waste your money

The acupuncture and massage has really helped my ankle recover from an achilles injury I got last year, which hadn't fully healed. My ankle feels much stronger after two sessions.
