Excellent customer service and lovely food. Me and my mum really enjoyed our meal and had a set menu. Lovely wine too!

Venue was honestly disgusting, grime everywhere and the toilets were really dirty. We ordered food and were watched constantly by the waitress - not just looking every now and then, I mean like standing there and watching what we ate to make sure we weren't sharing food. Not to mention the staff are rude and hostile. Food was also cold and tasteless, and if we didn't eat it all we were told we would be charged extra. So off putting, definitely won't be back and will make sure others know to avoid.

Toilet facilities are so dirty and unclean it's gross! Some of us didn't order the buffet and we were spoken to and treated like children being told we can't pick off others plates like we were going to!

One waiter spoke to horribly and rudely to another member of staff that she made her cry! Would not recommend at all

Fantastic food, it was really tasty and fresh. The staff were lovely, in particular Ann who greeted and served us. Will defo come again 👌

Went last night with 5 children, myself and husband. Put us at very back of restaurant ( which suits as we wouldn't want to inconvenience other people with children , though very well behaved ) table next to us loud and swearing ! Hurried us up on drinks plus food , waitresses kept asking if we were finished eating , rather rude , charged for tap water ! 56 quid in total for drinks ..won't visit again no itemised bill total £175

Lady in charge found to be very rude, particularly on the buffet nights rushing our orders and wouldn't let little girl have ice cream deserts after as was after 8.30. Customer service course perhaps could improve this.

The best Chinese for dine in. The food was delicious. The restaurant has a lot of character. I would definitely recommend just for the banana fritters! Yum!
