The taste is good at this Red Sun (小東方)restaurant. We ordered 1.stewed beancurd with minced pork in pepper sauce(麻婆豆腐)2. water bamboo fried meat(茭白炒肉)3. noodles mixed with scallion(蔥油拌麵). The first two are recommended. While the third one is too sweet for us.

Large portions, attentive service.

A small restaurant tucked away not far from Oxford Street. It's well worth the effort of finding this place.

Visited early evening one Monday night and were obviously the first customers. Consequently the service was fast as was the arrival of our food.

The beer was cold and the portion sizes large.

Nothing was over salted so the full flavours came through.

Couldn't fault the service: discreet and courteous.

Fantastic food, large portions and FAST service by sweet and kind staff.

I lived in Marble Arch for one year and Red Sun was my go to comfort food. The chicken soups and spicy stir fried veggies were my favorite.

Best of luck to this authentic spot operating in a charming corner of the neighborhood

After waiting over 40 minutes the first dish arrived, the rest arrived very slowly. They neglected everyone seated to prioritise the delivery orders, walking past us constantly at the table. We had to ask for the veg dish after everything including the rice was finished. We paid £48 for three very small dishes and two plain rice and tea. The chicken was questionable, we both ended up ill very soon following this meal. It was a complete waste and rip off of £50 after waiting so long and becoming ill.

Excellent little Chinese restaurant.
Very friendly staff and very tasty food at a reasonable price.
Couldn't ask for more.
I'll hopefully be back soon.

A hidden gem. This wonderful, authentic restaurant is popular and welcoming.
They always remember my team (we visit when we are in town for work) and never fail to recall my dietary requirements, preferred drink orders and even where we like to be seated.
The food is freshly prepared to order and utterly delicious.
Great value and with a good selection of drinks to wash down the tasty food.
I would highly recommend a visit and the scallion noodles are amazing.

Lovely and cosy asian restaurant. It's quite a small place but they offer more then 80 meals (plus some variations to some of them) so there's plenty to choose from, including vegetarian options. The portions were on the smaller side but not to the point of a fault.
The staff was kind and service was great.
