Really not impressed. Read the reviews and really looked forward to popping in for a takeaway tonight. Chicken was covered in pepper (I know I ordered salt and pepper chicken but.......) and not fresh tasting. Sweet and sour king prawns tasted odd, other dishes tasted vinegary. Sadly won't be ordering from there again.

Terrible service, terrible food, expensive drinks. I should’ve just rubbed salt in my gums for an hour and paid £40 (2 starters, 2 mains, 2 drinks, 1 rice). The salt and pepper chicken is actually just salted batter. Thirsk residents but will never visit again. 👎🏻

Nice food good service reasonable price, pleasant staff. Enjoyed our meal and drinks.

My wife and I ate here an hour ago, we had wonton soup, Salt & Pepper ribs to start which were excellent with Chicken & Seasonal Vegetables with Crispy Beef in Hot fruity sauce and Chicken fried rice. All the food was fresh & flavourful, it was hot and cooking perfectly, my wife and I are not locals but are learning our way round, we had to say it was the best food we have had, the staff were polite, kind and could not he any more accommodating. We would highly recommend! And also the takeaway side constantly had customers collecting so what more proof is needed at how good it was here, just try for yourselves and you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I had a lovely meal in the restaurant tonight. While we were eating we were asked three times if everything was alright.

Got a takeaway from here on Sunday evening, spent the night throwing up. Still not well several days later!

Popped in for an impromptu dinner and didn't regret it. Crispy duck was delicious and the chicken curry was beautiful, great flavour and texture unlike some I've had before.

Service was professional and attentive, will definitely return. Thank you

Sweet and sour lovely here, unlike their finkle street neighbour, highly recommend
