Ling Di Long

Great experience! Food was lovely, service was great . Great sized protions. Would visit again! Shall remember this place if we come back to Wales!

We absolutely love the ling di long and love the food but tonight while we dined in the young lady working there ran through the restaurant to the kitchen and then ran back. Please stop her doing this. The whole floor shook and its really not wise to run through a restaurant with hot food coming out.

Absolutely awful. The crispy chilli beef wasn't crispy and the sauce just taisted like someone mixed ketchup and vinegar together. The special fried rice wasn't even fried. It was boiled rice with what looked like the contence of a food bin emptied onto it. The chips were obviously cooked the day before and reheated and the prawn crackers were stale. After ringing up to complain I was told a manager would contact me which they never did. Will never go here again and I recommend no one else does!!!!!

Ordered a Singapore chow mein with egg noodles. Order arrived incorrectly. The sizes of the sauce portions are pathetic for nearly 2 quid. When I received the correct order within 5 mins which is very quick. It was all noodles and no meat at all. Will never order again from here. How its still going in beyond me.

Ordered a large order which we were told would be an hour. It took longer than the advised hour, and then we were missing several items. We tried to ring back through to say but the phone just rang and rang. Oh and the half duck was dry, gristly and poor for the cost. A very disappointing meal for £91!!!

Great take-away with fats polite service , never used the restaurant part but all looks ok

I placed an order through the website for delivery, but was extremely disappointed when it did not arrive after waiting 1.5 hours. When I called to ask about the status, I was told that the order was not even showing up in their system. However, miraculously, the order suddenly appeared while I was on the phone and I was asked to go and pick it up instead. When I returned home, I was even more disappointed to find that we were missing some items from our order. I tried to speak to a manager about the issues, but was told that they were unavailable and no help could be provided. Overall, my experience with both the food and the service was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Really disappointing, our order didn't turn up till over 2 hrs late wouldn't respond to messages or answer the phone do not order from them. Has they've not delivered our food and stolen our money.
