Okay food, poor service and delivery takes forever. Booked through the website many times but never arrives when you wanted it to. Looking for another Chinese if anyone has any suggestions?

Poor service, ordered food more than 2 hours ago and was told would be 1 hour , tried phoning but permanently engaged. Food eventually arrived but half was hot and half cold, at least hot food tasted nice

We just had a meal choice for three people, we couldn’t eat it , not because it was alot of food, but because it was dry and smelt very bad, woild not order again

We have used ALOT of different Chinese takeaways in and out of the area and this one seems to be the most consistent with dishes. So far....it has always been hot and how we have asked for it to be. Very polite delivery driver. We do recommend

Food arrived within 12 mins, which we thought was odd, but unfortunately we eat it anyway. Turns out we contracted food poisoning from the rice. It was obviously reheated, been eating from this takeaway for 6/7 years with no issues, but on this occasion we know they were negligent and reheated food that shouldn’t of been reheated. Very disappointed and will never eat from here again.

Had food from here a couple of times as my local in Drayton. It looks and feels like a Chinese take away did when I was a kid and I love that. Feels like a genuine old school Chinese! Food each time has been well cooked, good portion size and all tasted delicious. Def making it my regular! Just make sure if your Googling for it you don't order from the other fortune house which I have def done before. I've your reading this though your on the right one!

Absolutely amazing food. So easy to order via phone, website. You can pay by card on line or phone pick the time you want to collect or deliver. The last few times we have picked the time for us to collect and got there and its ready. Food is amazing staff are friendly and friendly.
