Terribly rude, arrogant staff member on counter (with man bun).
Drove to collect. Got home to find he had forgotten to hand over part of the collection order. Phoned up and got told we'd have to come back as they wouldn't deliver what he had forgotten, even though there were delivery drivers sat waiting when I first collected. Turned up to collect and was greeted with "HA HA you forgot these mate!"
Firstly, you forgot it, not me.
Secondly, I don't find it funny having to travel twice to pick up an order.
And thirdly, the food was not only cold by the time I was finally able to eat it, but the chicken was rubbery, and the chips were overcooked.
Totally incompetent. Anyone else ordering check your food before you leave if he is working.

Please dont order from this place would not recommened to any one. Poor service, rude customer services and cold food. We orderd food yesterday, called after 1 hr to check the status of the food, the guy who answered the phone was very rude, nasty and arrogant. told it will take another 30 -45 mnts and we said its not acceptable requested to cancel the order and ask for refund. He simply refused to give the refund and hung up the phone , we called again and said that will come to pick up the food despite paying for delivery and said the driver is on his way, would be 15mnts for delivery, this was fine. 1hr later it still had not arrived. I phoned to find out where my order was and after the man on the phone spoke to the kitchen I was told it was with the driver? 15 minutes later it arrived, my food was cold and we lost the appetatite.We shall not be eating with you again , and I will not be recommending you to anyone. Very poor service and poor customer service, If you don't know the basic rules of customer service you shouldn't be doing business.

The fried Wonton chips and the dipping sauce were absolutely amazing. On the other hand, the chicken fried rice was a bit underwhelming.
The service was great. I hope to try other meals.

The food was not only cold and dry but very chewy. We could of eaten out for the price we paid for our meal. This place is nothing like it was a few months ago. Shame because it was one of our favourites. It was on par with Boston spice before. £40 is a lot of money to waist!

Ordered food, staff on phone arrogant. Food arrived item missing, rang to report this. Man on phone sighed said I'll talk to kitchen and get it sent out, then hung up.Waited hour and 20 mins then rang again. Was told the boss had refused to send it back out, as my address was renound for complaining. I replied sorry we've only ordered from you twice, with no complaints. Youve taken my money thats extortion. He sighed again and said this is your order. He read out everything apart from the chicken balls, saying you never ordered them, so not been charged. So I said where was the check first thing, as I clearly asked for them, so I could have reordered. Or at least a call back stating the mistake. He said we are too busy for that, again making noises at my statements i said Now I will go hungry as that's all I eat on the menu. He was rude and arrogant, saying your starve, right. I said sorry is that .... but he hung up on me before I could continue. Shame as food that arrived was good . Staff at front of house atrocious and in my opinion as a season caterer should be sacked. No customer service skills,and letting the business down badly, rude arrogant and self opionanted. The owner needs to sort this a.s.a.p ...as his business is being affected.

Went in waited ages , people ordered after me and got food first. Chicken Rock hard , spare ribs chewy , beef bland but one star for the prawn crackers 30 quid and 25 in the bin

Worst delivery I have ever experienced. First time I used these it was a random Saturday night, not too busy at all. Was told 35/45 minutes, food took 2 hours to arrive and then wasn't exactly hot, took loads of chasing up and the classic 'it's next out for delivery' excuse that literaly every takeaway uses. That excuse kind of doesn't work when you've been told it twice already. Then I ordered early on christmas eve and they estimated 2 hours, that then jumped to 3 hours straight after I paid, it's now 4 hours later and it's still not here. Their phone is quite obviously off the hook, as no one can get through. Leave it on the hook and just stop taking orders, but please leave the phone line open to customers that have already paid. Waiting up with people for food that may or may not arrive and getting later into the night, we're at a point where we might have to just go to bed and try get a refund if it doesn't arrive or sleep through if they show up as we're all tired now. Should have just bought food from Tesco whilst it was open.

the meal was delivered 30 minutes late, it was cold and one of the dishes contained a tiny bit of meat and a whole container of onions , picture below (both spring onions and Spanish )
We complained to the manager via the lady who takes the orders he didn't come to the phone but offered a small discount off my next order.
I blacklisted this takeaway for 20 years due to hygiene worries but gave them a 2nd chance due to the new management, they will not get a 3rd!
