Happy 2000

Ordered take away this evening at 17:07, was told it would be 30 to 45 mins. After nearly an hour I phoned to ask where it was ( I live about a 3 minute drive away) I was told it was on its way and would be about 5 mins. After another 10 mins I phoned back to be told again that it was on its way. When nothing had turned up an hour and a quarter after I ordered I decided not to bother. At least they only take cash so luckily I was not in the position of having already paid for it. We have also been misled previously when going in to order food. On the first occasion we went there we were told the food would be 20 mins. After we had been there about half an hour the guy who was doing the cooking came in and proceeded to cook our order!!! Why can't they just be honest? I understand that they are probably busy on a Saturday night but I do not appreciate being lied to . Shame as the food is good but won't be using them again.

Cooked fresh and always tasty. We only go here for our Chinese...have always been told about 30 mins to wait and have never been kept waiting. Friendly owners too.

Bad taste and quality, fried rice is mouldy. Bro the place looks like it's been run down by a trex driving a van

Very disappointed, the last time I used this takeaway, they kept me waiting for a delivery for over an hour, when I called them they suggested I collect my meal, which I reluctantly did.
Tonight I tried them again, reminding them that I waited for an hour last time, this time they promised me, my meal would be delivered in forty minutes, after waiting an hour again, I called them and they said they thought I had cancelled my meal.
What a chaotic way to run a business.
Never again.

Food was okay but we sat and waited in the (freezing) shop for an hour before it was ready. In a restaurant, I’d have got up and walked out well before that length of time. We only ordered 2 mains and 2 sides so an hour’s wait was in no way justified.
