Lovely food and very friendly atmosphere and staff.the food is cooked with love and passion.very good prices and very good quality of food. Delivery drivers are very well spoken and all ways smile even wearing masks. Keep the good food cooking and keep up the friendly staff.

We received the wrong food - 2 extra boxes of chicken satay. Phoned to let them know and they wrangled a bit saying they needed to wait for boss to come back. They called back saying they'd give us credit for the extra dishes - having at this point spat out both the chicken and the beef, I knew I wouldn't be wanting more ever again and asked for refund, they agreed. Gross & expensive dinner over, we thought that was the end. Phone rings again and they want to collect the 2 extra dishes (6 mile roundtrip)! Of course we gave them back - but you have to question why they wanted it back for and what they did with it ?! Best avoided

Avoid like the plague. Pre-ordered a delivery for 7.30. Called at 7.50 when it hadn't arrived and was told the driver was just leaving. Called again at 8.15 and was told the driver had left 5 minutes ago. Food eventually arrived at 8.45 so one hour and 15 minutes late. Food was cold and tasteless. Staff on the phone were unhelpful.

Food was cold, chips were hard, chicken balls weren't cooked properly, as batter was all soggy and chicken chow mein was bland! Rude service when trying to complain and ask for a refund!!

Decent food, Shame they don't deliver. Should go on just eat then you will always have drivers.

Phoned in my order when I got there it was an utter disappointment with the young lad serving. This is my second time using New China first time the same lad accused me of not paying had to show prove via my phone he was incompetent
Again messed up order and payment issues this is my last time I will be using them no wonder they do not deliver when orders are missing . Get experience mature staff or you will loose customers

The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.
Spent £28.50, I complained and got £8.50 returned.
New China ? Never again.

My go to Chinese in the area. I have never had a problem with the food here, I always have the same order and they are consistent with the output. Safe to say I will be back again.
