Ordered enough food so that I could have what’s left for lunch tomorrow, but the food was so good I ate it all tonight ha!

The customer service lady on the on the phone was delightful to speak with. The food arrived late but was delicious and hot.
The only con regarding my order/delivery was the driver, he was beyond rude and disrespectful. My property has a lift and he told me that his wasn't my slave when I asked him to come to my front door and he didn't hand my receipt when I asked him for it, he just walked away. I did call the restaurant and it seems as though they are aware of his behaviour. I hope they do sort this out asap as this will deter future customers like myself. Who would want the hassle of dealing with a disrespectful delivery man after paying for delivery services, Not Me! Not when it'll cost less money for a better service from other places.
But the food is good I did enjoy the food as my first chinese food experience in slough.

Always brilliantly good food from New Loon Sing, been going here for years and will continue to do so as they are one of the best authentic Chinese take aways in the whole of Berkshire.

2nd time ordering and 2nd time it arrived 2.5hours after I ordered and an hour after the estimated arrival time. Will not be ordering again had to chase them 2 times on when it would arrive’

First time I've ordered from New Loon Sing. This will now be my go to for Chinese food. Evert dish was perfect and whole family loved all their choices. Portion sizes are large, well priced and the order delivered quickly. Stuffed and happy ketch household, thank you....

Free prawn crackers 😁, but also I've been asking Chinese takeaways for years to put extra sauce with sweet and sour chicken but they never ever do it until NEW LOON SING!!! Makes such a difference, I'm a loyal customer now...

My family have been using this place for 20+ years, since this takeaway has been taken over from the original owners it's an absolute shambles. Each and everytime we have ordered either to collect or for delivery, they always forget an item. Extremely poor customer service, even calling to make sure the order is double checked fall's on deaf ears as the order is always incomplete!!!
