Sunday 4th September Left on hold for 20 mins , whilst I was on hold I got in my car visited the cash machine and drove there. All the time I was on hold as they were busy? I arrived to find 1 customer inside and the young girl serving behind the counter completely ignorant to the I was still on hold. The reason I was left on hold , other than to tie the phone line up so no one else could call, they were packing a big order . Not the service you expect when there is so much competition now with Uber eats, Deliveroo etc

Usually love hot woks we have used for many years! Tonight few and a times the duck in plum sauce has been more oinion than duck not good as the price is higher! Perhaps address this?,

Have ordered twice now. Each time food was excellent and good value. Also has FSA rating of 5 out of 5. Which is important as shows the kitchen is clean and hygiene is top standard. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the insistence of cash only. Really not convenient and can see no reason for it, except maybe the taxman doesn't need to know how much the takings are?

Been using the Chinese restaurant for about 6 months every Friday usually spend over £30 and food until today really good. But today not good . Lack of taste of curry in the mixed curry Veg no taste to the chicken green peppers black been sauce which is normally really good but today no taste really bland. Phoned the shop got no where not happy put the meal in the bin the complaint became and argument no offer of resolution so now looks like Chinese off the dietary calendar and saving £31 per week. Gutted because I love a good Chinese.

Back in December we order a takeaway and when we got home items were missing from the order, rang them and was promised a free dish next time we ordered. When placing our next order they denied all knowledge and refused to give us the promised dish. The owner was rude so we cancelled the order and we will never use again which is a shame as we have been a customer of theirs for the past 15 years!

always use this takeaway was great every time. went there on a saturday evening and ordered at the counter. place was the busiest l have ever seen it. lots of people complaining about the waiting time, but in all fairness they were busy. After l had sat in there for one and a half hours and seen people leaving with food who came in after myself it was time to complain to the girl at the counter, not very friendly and no apology they had lost my order and 2 other peoples order within 10 mins it was handed to me by the owner, still no apology, the food was fine as always but because of the service l will not go back again. Chinese food is quite expensive nowadays BUT manners cost nothing. This occurred on the 20th of November 2021

Bought king prawn chow mein, very very disappointed, just 3 medium sized prawns and no sauce. Not the cheapest by far on the menu!. It was the so dry and tasteless I couldn't eat it. I have photos to prove it. The worst I have ever eaten. My son had special fried rice and requested extra soya sauce and yet he didn't get any, his was also tasteless. Unfortunately we were driving to Whitstable Travelodge with our food so were unaware of how poor the food was until we arrived otherwise I would have taken it back. We only bought from here as it is close to my father's and we were starving after an 8 hr drive.
