Joyful Chinese Take Away

Update Sept 2020:3rd time Ordered a few weeks later

Tried some different dishes this time to note:
- Sweet sour pork HK style - its good but you only get just over half a tub full.
- Shredded chilli beef portion is only 1/2 filled tub full, so not really worth it.
- Singapore Noodles- taste great but you dont get much meat in it, mainly noodles (meat is chopped very very thin!)
-pepper salt ribbs are in batter then stir fried in the salt and chili is nice although I prefer abit more spice to it.

1st order Sept - First time ordering here... very good food.
Lemon chicken was abit dry and tough but overall all other food was great! Enjoyed this and will order again! Yum enjoyed the sweet sour chicken balls the most!

UPDATED! as of 23/08/22 They have new staff running the place now along with a new pricier menu. and the food taste horrible! Like I ordered from a different place. Gave them the Benefit of the doubt but second time round still no joy. Such a shame don’t think I’ll be returning unless the old chef returns.

Been using Joyfull for years never had a bad meal did get wrong good once but these things happen was told that new owners had taken over and food was not that good but my own experience with what I have ordered as been no different from last owners. Still nice hot and fresh

Terrible service!! Ordered it online at 6 pm. Got an email almost immediately confirming the order. It's now 8pm and still no sign of the food, despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone.
It finally arrived at 0850!!

Sadly not as good as before. I don't know what has changed but our meal last night was bland and tasteless, whether there is a new chef or new owners, I will not return

Used to be the best curry around, now it's watery and tastes nothing like it used to, absolutely gutted, last time had burnt prawns and cold curry, this time round it didn't even taste like curry, we make weekly orders/pick ups, won't be returning.

Previously gave a very good review but after waiting over THREE HOURS for our food to be delivered, I can no longer recommend. Totally ruined Christmas Eve for my family! They need to be upfront about delivery times, because on the website it says 30 mins to one hour. Disgusting customer service and they've had the nerve to hike the prices. This is the last time we'll be using them.
