Customer for over 10 years, never disappointed. Fresh and really, really tasty. Talent of the chef evident in the hot and sour soup! Aubergine only black bean sauce is another must. Speed depends on day of the week, but usually perfectly fine/fast! Great local Chinese, please support !

Ordered for the first time tonight. The best I’ve had in a very long time! From ordering (direct, not via any delivery app) to delivery, customer service was on point! Every single item was delicious and they catered to my prep request. Thank you Happy Garden, you made me happy tonight, and I have leftovers!

Been regular customer to Happy garden over 10 years, and i must say, they never let me down. Very difficult to understand low ratings, but I hope you had genuine reason for that. All in one - good, budget friendly Chinese food - just what you need on lazy weekend. Try their Cantonese beef - one of my favorites.

Ordered a vegetarian fried rice.
What I got was neither vegetarian nor fried rice.
There were some raw vegetables tossed up in boiled rice. No salt no pepper. Nothing fried.
Also there was egg in it, which I believe if was part of it, should have been specified exclusively. That too when I mentioned to the lady at the counter that I want vegetarian fried rice.

To add to it, they charge extra for card payments!

Total waste.

Food is amazing but customer service is DISGUSTING. Use to be my fav Chinese place but after today NO MORE. You have lost a customer

Not every single dish is perfect but a lot of them are amazing. Never order too much food or you will over-eat and regret it after, always best to eat just the right amount of food. Happy garden always does egg fried rice perfectly.

This is a local Britsh-style Chinese take away. It serves up the regular favourites with little fuss and great speed. But, this is what should be expected. The flavours are good, but not great. The variety is vast but not refined. We've loved this simplified version of the popular cuisine for decades. There are more specialised/pricey options out there, but this should serve your take-away needs just well-enough for the price

Delicious, all my favourite Hong Kong dishes. Especially love their Hong Kong style sweet and sour pork. Chicken satay skewers are 👌🏼 My go to Chinese takeaway when I want to treat myself after a long day. Can order via Just-Eat or their own website, their website has a discount for first-time customers. Food always comes within the hour and is nice and hot.
