White Swan Chinese

Order from today: No. 170 from menu Vermicelli noodles. I found a piece of glass in food. I still have 3 boxes of food for my daughter and wife. I'm afraid we'll be without dinner today.

Wow, ordered salt and pepper squid for my first experience of this place. Alarm bells should have been ringing when the chef presented it in 90 seconds. Took a gamble anyway and managed half a bite at-home before spitting it out. Rock hard and inedible. Marched back to get a refund only to be told they have a no refund policy. After multiple protests and the staff calling the owner a few times to get him to change his mind and me refusing to leave I finally got my money back.

Absolutely disgusting made me heave. Duck was microwaved the sauce was absolutely vile. I wouldn't feed this food to a dog. Worried I'm going to get sick from the bit I did eat food is not fresh at all days maybe week old.

Honesty the best Chinese food! I've had over 15 takeaways from this little shop and in-between had Chinese here and there elsewhere, but no where tops the food here, it's incredible 😍

All I can say is the food was delicious better than the Chinese shop I go to in Cotemendene Crescent. Food was hot and very fresh definitely will be bk best in town.

Used this for years as they had the best chips, bought some last night and they were disgusting. Won't be going back.

This is the best Chinese restaurant by far ! I love their food! Taste amazing everytime. They give you cute little fortune cookies also :) best quality Chinese food in Kent. Not sure why it has 3-4 stars as it should be 5 star +

Ordered here on and off for a few years, and while the Food is generally fine, delivery is very inconsistent. You can wait 1.5 hours after you have ordered to get it and it turns up Luke warm. They also refuse any refunds when the food is poor quality or significantly delayed.

I am going to stop using this place as customer service is nonexistent and has been going down hill for a while.

I would say, if you order delivery, do it via just-eats as then you have some form of protection with their customer service team.
