Li's Chinese Food Take Away

This was some time ago but need to advise all. Although friendly service, I ordered food on their premises, waiting, the door was open to part of the back, to my horror, to see one of the not so strong English speaking lady
Maybe one of the owners managers, picked up dropped food off the floor and put it into a tub ready to either get delivered to someone or us. The staff did not challenge her either. When challenged this, she said it was not to send anywhere. I cancelled my order and won't ever eat there again.

Just awful. I'll never order from them again. The chicken satay was raw, the oil they cooked it in was burnt and old. Apart from the satay everything was overcooked and greasy. I only ordered from the because the Sweet Cherry was shut for a refurbishment. It wasn't that cheap either.

Despite the reviews thought I would give a try. Just ordered a king prawn fried rice. Could not eat the prawns as they were very rubbery, weird tasting not fresh at all! Will not be ordering from here again.

Unbeatable food Generous portions.Tasty and fresh assortment of vegetables. Delivery excellent timing. Orders taken by a very competent young female who has a pleasant friendly manner..and thanks for complimentary prawn crackers. Li 's wins over any other!

Good quality and service. Beef with black bean sauce and sweet and sour chicken the highlights. Ash is always polite and tells me when the food will arrive. Once it came late and he gave me a call to tell me what was happening.

I've been using them for a long time, they are my local chinese take away and I always use them. My usual is a Special Curry & Special fried rice, love it! Thank you Li's! :)

Keeps phoning me claiming to be "The Phone Warehouse" to try and scam me! Not sure what the food is like but if it's as bad as their phone calls then I'd steer clear!

I normally like it here , not the most amazing to look at but food really good.
But we just bought our food home and realized it's the wrong order......
We called and went back and bumped into the guy that had our order....
They didn't apologize or give us anything as a sorry they just trusted our kindness in swapping our meal.
I thought that was really disappointing in them and we came home and ate a cold meal.
Shame
