Parks Take Away

Worst ever Chinese takeaway. Meat with very strange taste. Had to throw the food away. They used to be very good. Must be different cooker compared before pandemic.

After ordering food, being told 45min to a hr delivery, i called parks a 1.5hr later asking where food was. Was told a machine error had the wrong address, no apology even though I'd repeated address was told the delivery driver would drop our food to us even though it had sat in the car for over half hr, when questioned this was answered what do you want me to do, will never use or recommend this place again

They need to sort the lad out working in the phones, twice ive rang n twice hes been extremly rude and thugish in his manner, tried to complain to them via fb and it was ignored phoned again tonight ended up cancelling as he was extremly rude again, long time customers but we are now looking to use somewhere else with better manners

Awful! Crispy lemon chicken was mushy, fried rice wasn’t fried, soggy chips, you don’t do quorn anymore, substitute was awful. What a waste of money

I am not very happy with my order tonight. I ordered for two people, two meals and some spring rolls and sauces. Nothing was said on the phone everything was okay- waited for my food to arrive for 40 minutes(also fine on a friday night) for the driver to tell me they had none of one persons meal… sent this back unfortunately because i like the food. Nothing was said no attempt to call and see if we wanted something else? My partner would have had nothing to eat? Over an hour wasted and jow having to wait on another delivery!! Not happy

Absolutely disgusting, that bad I wouldn’t give it a star rating if possible
This is the first negative review I have made. I have never had such a bad take away.
2/3rds of if was thrown away or spat out, save your money buy a ready meal from Aldi (other supermarkets available) most definitely better Chinese take always in Redditch.

Absolute waste of money, worst ever. I've been coming to parks for 10 years but today's is my last. Changed the menu and put veg in everything chicken is all sloppy.

cold food ..missing food ..lied to about delivery waited hour a half for 40 min order was told out with driver but hadnt left shop absolutely disgusted tonight especially when you consider how much we paid
