RIP OFF!!!! horrified with the amount of food we received especially for the price. With that we couldn’t even eat the poorly cooked meat which was pink inside, definitely don’t recommend unless your looking for a poorly stomach. When we called to complain we got laughed at and spoken to disgustingly on the phone and ended on!!

Without question the most disgusting Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered crispy beef and so-called-special fried rice. The beef was soggy the rice was greasy and had a bad smell to it, and everything was cold. It was VILE. The service was obnoxious and unbelievable in the 21st century; the don't take cards.

Avoid at all cost.

Looking for some late night food for my teenage sons. Red Luck just happened to be the only place open. Good quality & great value. Haven't been for years but will definitely go again. Cash only, no cards.

First time having a takeaway from here. We had intended to go to China Essence which is two doors down, but it was very closed. I was aware of some poor reviews, but each to their own, and we decided to try it. I'm very glad we did. Between us we tried a few dishes. Egg fried rice, well you can't go wrong. It was hot and fine. Beef curry was excellent. Not too much onion, quite spicy, but lots of lean beef and I would recommend. Sweet & sour chicken was good, sweet & sour sauce was neither too sweet nor too vinegary, and would be chosen again. Soft noodles are quite thick, certainly thicker than we are used to but tasty. We also wanted Char Sui pork, this is not on the menu but Chinese Roast Pork was suggested as an alternate. It was certainly nice but not really what we were after. 6 trays and a pot of sauce were finished completely. I don't understand poor reviews and we would definitely have takeaway from here again. Good quality Chinese takeaway.

It tasted nice but wasn't very filling because it seemed bulked out with cheaper ingredients. The crispy duck wasn't crispy at all, it was sliced and was in the tub on top of lettuce, cucumber and spring onion, never seen that before, less duck and more salad, felt a bit ripped off in terms of quantity of duck. The chicken chow mein had about 50% bean sprouts in it, again odd, bulking out with cheaper ingredients..like a forced healthy Chinese, nice but not what you want for a take away treat so pretty much still hungry not long after eating. Crispy sea weed nice, but tasted far too salty. Just very different from any Chinese we've had before. Duck curry nice, I don't suppose you can bulk that out with veg can you. Would recommend if on a diet, otherwise go elsewhere.

Noodles tasted like rubber with absolutely no moisture. Spring rolls tasted like soap. Duck was dry n tasted like scraps of meat that needed using up and was served with sliced lettuce.

Had a takeaway there once before and it was okay. This time not so good. Ribs were fatty and tough. King prawn curry was purely prawns and sauce. No veg what so ever. Only good thing about the meal was the Singapore Chow Mein and the two young ladies behind the counter who was very welcoming. In need of a refurb as first impressions are not so good.

This food was disgusting and inedible. The chicken tasted of chlorine the batter was soggy the lemon sauce had no taste of lemon the Singapore vermicelli had more bean sprouts than anything else and the prawn crackers were hard and stale they have unfortunately 2 teenage girls front if house who are clueless
