First visit yesterday. Ordered Mixed Starters: Sesame Prawn Toast very good, some ribs juicy and others dry, mini spring rolls disappointing. Crispy Beef very crispy and some nice Szechuan flavouring but no garlic as advertised. Portions were on the small side besides the rice which was huge. Definitely an above average Chinese takeaway and better than red hot goodies nearby. Very nice service too.

Whoa! Really great quality! I didn't expect much for this price, but it was much better than overpriced Chinese from the restaurants in the centre of Bristol!

I like Oriental Chef, they used to be cheap and cheerful but it feels like their prices may have gone up, that said the standard of their food is generally very good

Absolutely awful food! Ordered chicken in pecking sauce and was given dry chicken in batter almost like a chicken burger! The egg fried rice was plain rice stained brown cooked in so much oil it tastes of pure grease and nothing else... also the chicken balls were just soggy batter with the smallest lump of chicken in the middle... AVOID!
