Very clean. Friendly & helpful. Good portions, tasty but not over seasoned.
I recommend the mixed veg noodles & king prawn sweet & sour .

Tried a few other take-aways in the area but always return here as it is fantastic. Faultless, tasty, not too greasy, ready when they say. Worth travelling for if it’s not the nearest one to you

Nice but I don't like the spam in the special fried rice

Never been to Happy Palace before and went tonight, 4 of us had duck 3 in plum sauce and 1 in orange with 4 salt and pepper chips as a takeaway.

When we arrived it was ridiculously busy but now we can see why! Best Chinese food I’ve ever had and all 4 of us agree.

Duck was cooked perfectly, lovely and crisp and you get plenty on your plate too!

11/10

We have confirmed we are going again the next time we want a takeaway 😄

Chinese dish was very tasty and great portion size, only downfall tonight was the chips, very hard and like cardboard, not sure if they had been cooked for a good while but we’re definitely in edible

£14 for one main dish, salt and pepper chips (no fresh chillies or spring onion, just the Chinese seasoning) jumbo sausage and noodles. Went in Saturday 7.30pm and it was absolutely dead. It used to be heaving at this time. I totally get putting prices up due to rise in the cost of produce, but felt totally ripped off for the first time ever from Happy Palace. This review is nothing detrimental to the owners but come on, you put the prices up and reduce your income, false economy springs to mind
