Pings

I've had meals here for year's now.
Not sure what's happened there as the meals are very poor now. Ordered a meal for me and the wife and when it came the chicken in both meals was raw!! Rang up to complain and they did send out two more meals but there were not better.
Also too top it off we have both had food poisoning now and been quite ill..
Stay away people..

Don’t understand 1 star review. It’s so good love the sweet and sour sauce, they have dumplings and char siu buns which are amazing and I know other Chinese s in the area don’t sell these.

Not the best to be fair. Sweet sour sauce mostly vinegar. Prawn toast not nice. King prawns were nice though.

Lovely food, piping hot, on time, probably the best takeaway we’ve had in a long time

After trying most of the Chinese takeaways Pings is the best Chinese food we have had. Prawn roast and ribs were yum. The best hot and sour soup and overall a great experience.

Great meal at Miller & Carter Crewe, staff were fantastic.

I have been ordering from Pings for a long time now and never had reason to complain until tonight, I placed my order online which was all straight forward and I waited for an hour and a half before it came, It was all piping hot as usual, I ordered sweet and sour pork but when I ate it there was no pork in it to speak about, it was either pieces of gristle in batter or just crunchy batter in the sauce, it was inedible so I just ate the fried rice and the a few chips that I could eat as most of these were rock hard, the so called pork in the sweet and sour was also very dark compared to how it usually comes making me think it may have been reheated, cannot recommend the sweet and sour tonight it’s very disappointing, but the other things I ordered were very good as normally are.

First time ordering from Pings and more than impressed with the food. Tastes amazing, great portions and reasonable prices. Also delivered in a timely manner. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the near future.
