I ordered a Chinese from this takeaway restaurant for my family. We all sat down to eat as my son was eating he found black straight hair in his egg-fried rice, was absolutely disgusted with this told everyone stop eating instantly, took pictures and place the hair on a prawn cracker for contrast. I called them up straight away ask for Manager who was named 'Steven' he said the owner was away in America for 4 months and said "what do u want me to do about this" offered a refund of £2.50 for the rice only! After explaining the food is on a plate and mixed with other food I cannot now eat the food at all, he said the rice was served in a container not mixed. Point blank REFUSED to see my point of view after explaining I have just spent £30 on my order I would have to order something else which would mean I would be £60 out of pocket. I asked them to refund me, refused. I asked for the driver to collect the food so I can prove this, refused. The manager said he would have to speak to owner and this reply to could be months!!??? Absolutley disgusted with the food, the customer service level was at a all time low, Steven (if that's even he's name) should not be allowed to run a business on behalf of the owner. Consequently I am £30 out of pocket with a contaminated Chinese, served from a restaurant who think this is acceptable. I would rate this - 10 if I could, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Do not eat from here, we'll unless you want hair in your food.
P's I never give reviews but felt this was needed
Waited 2 hours for food, tried calling and no one picks up, after constantly phoning for over half an hour, I was met with the most disgusting of attitudes, was told that if we wanted food any quicker to next time go to panda cuisine.
With that, cancelled our order and asked for a refund.
