Oriental Express

I haven't eaten here but I have seen the kitchen and it looks pretty good to me. I was on holiday in Guildford and had to do some laundry up the road and was absolutely busting to go to the loo. Three other places told me to go away but the guy that I spoke to [who I assume is the owner] allowed me to use his toilet. I would just like to thank him again :)

The best Chinese in Guildford bar none. Unfortunately there is another unrelated one with the same name which is on delivery apps- this may be the source of the bad reviews. Always love the chow mein, the crispy beef in chili, all the little appetizers. There is a reason I am here almost every week.

I have been coming here for many years, and I can definitely say they make great food - Reasonably priced and decent portions. Worth a visit.

I always ordered Chinese food in there if I miss Chinese dishes. The price is very reasonable and food quality is great. They got a lot of choices and I am sure you can always find something that you interest in.

Worst customer service ever!!
Instead of vegetable samosas I ordered for my partner we were given a meat roll even though he's strictly vegetarian!! Then when called to say we were given the wrong thing manager thought I was lying and laughed at me. Never got a replacement or any money back. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Never ordering again from here!

Absolutely love this place, food is amazing, prices are great and the services is incredible. Were given a 45 minute wait time today, which you expect on a Saturday and the food was here in less than 15 minutes - hot and fresh!
