Absolutely disgraceful attitude of the man on the phone, placed an order at 9:30pm as the google reviews said they are 4.8/5 (jokes).

The man takes the order and asks where to, now we have just moved into a new build and the postcode takes you to the other side of Stafford for some reason, so I explained this and said to go to the Pubs postcode opposite and explained what our house looks like and that we will keep an ear out for the delivery.

An hour later after I called 9times to find out where they are they eventually call back.

The Disgraceful "man" said he's looked on the map and can't deliver to that postcode (10:30pm) he says you won't be getting any food as I don't deliver that far..........,however the postcode was given an hour ago and the disgraceful man thinks it's acceptable to wait an hour before he says he doesn't deliver.

Hardly a 4.8/5 kind of service, if you are looking for food to actually arrive I would strongly advise you to order from another Chinese as these seem to think that's an appropriate action after waiting an hour.

You have just lost a good customer and I will be putting this on Facebook so all my family and friends avoid your shocking takeaway.

Had a Chinese from here a few times now and every time it’s been amazing. Very traditional Chinese. And the chicken doesn’t taste boiled. It’s done properly. Takes me back to the Chinese I used to get as a teenager. Done properly. 😊highly recommend

Excellent everything for years and years. Never ever would put another chinese first as for years been coming. Chicken n chips in their gravy is beautiful. Fastest ever odd occasion chips needed another min cooking best value. Polite And best Chinese food I've ever tasted in my life. Say no more
