Placed an order for delivery via the Just Eat app and was given a 40-60 minute wait time. After an hour and a half it still hadn't arrived, so I phoned for an updated time.
My first call went to answer machine, saying the takeaway was closed. I assumed this a mistake for just before 10pm on a Friday, so phoned back. An audibly disgruntled gentleman answered. He said it would be another 30 minute wait. Unhappy with this I asked to speak to the owner. A second, clearly exasperated gentleman spoke to me blaming the Just Eat app for not only problems with the order, but as an excuse to offer no compensation apart from dropping the delivery charge and including a fizzy drink (which I was not satisfied with). He even tried to get me to collect the food myself.
Our food was apparently at this point "just being cooked", solidifying my concerns our order had just been forgotten or ignored.
I genuinely believe the awful, and frankly rude customer service I received was to prompt me to cancel my order so the workers there could all just go home. Which is what I eventually did, as I didn't want to hand any of my money over to such a unhelpful and unfriendly establishment, who flatly refuse to take any responsibly when problems occur.
I shall never order from them again.

Ordered for the first time from here and it will be the last! As I'm writing my partner is driving to this place due to me near enough choking on a piece of metal that was in one of the dishes we have purchased.
A phone call was made to which they made the excuse that the piece of metal could be from the dishwasher they have in the kitchen, how is that even possible?
They offered 20% off our next order. This will not be happening and we are demanding our money back. Absolutely diabolical customer service and haven't even offered a simple apology.

First & last time. I ordered egg fried rice, chicken chow mein and spring roll thinking ‘I can’t go wrong here’ I waiting 1 hour and 45 so I was mega hungry when it finally arrived and I couldn’t even finish a portion, I was still starving and fuming, the quality of the food was that bad. I normally polish a Chinese but this actually really upset me, couldn’t rate any of it

Highly recommended these a few months ago, used them very frequently since until our order tonight never turned up!!! Tried ringing for the past 3 hours only to be constantly engaged!
DISAPPOINTED and will not be using again

Delivery service Chinese cuisine much spare for parking and collection even walk in in person. Now I'm yet to try the food but I've been told its tasty and filling.

Made a pre order on the web site. They cancelled the order without even a phone call. And taking 3-5 days for my refund. Terrible service.

The sushi was nice, the honey chilli sauce could do with being slightly thicker in consistency nice flavours all around. Food was cooked pretty well and received while it was hot.

Wrong food delivered, stale prawn crackers, dry chow mein, king prawn curry was like water. Tried to ring for a solid hour but constantly engaged. Will not be ordering from here again.
