GOLDEN VALLEY CHINESE

After being a loyal customer for many years can't believe how fast it's gone down hill it's not the first time food has taken over an hour and half to get delivered and when it arrives it's cold and always missing something off the order and the price of the meal is constantly rising

Absolute joke ordered food at 6.30pm phoned them back at 7.30 to ask how long it was going to be was told it was on the counter and would be with me within 15/20mins, 8 o'clock rang them back and it was still on the counter waiting for a driver so cancelled the food as I wasn't having cold food as it had been sat on that counter for god knows how long shocking way to run a business if I could give zero stars I would of!

Best Chinese takeaway in town. Staff are fabulous.

Had 2 delivery from hear food cold both times when arrived won’t be ordering again

Been having food for a good few year from here. But last night was so disappointed.

The price of the mixed starter has gone up but have dropped the seaweed and not much sauce with the satay chicken. Worst was the half &half , chips hard and cold and the sweet and sour sauce was tasteless.

Please pull your socks up & return to the great takeaway you used to be.

Tonight we had the worse food ever from Golden Valley!! Ordered from here for years but this will be the last.. Our order was a mess and wrong for the start and the rest of the food was rank. £40 in the bin.

Absolutely appalling food! Spent over £30 for mostly dishes full of onions and chicken that was like plastic. When I rang the Chinese they offered me £5 off my next order!! Don't waste your money on this Chinese!!

Ordered food tonight. Very disappointed as the food was cold when delivered. All the chips all had to go in the bin. Over £40 pounds spent. More you spend the worse the food is by the looks of it.
