Food is always nice but double check your order with them before you take it away because quite often its not right.

Order completely wrong making it inedible, drink also missing.

I ordered a takeaway for 6 people on Saturday and unfortunately, the young chap taking the order didn't know what he was doing (probably insufficient training). He got the order wrong, despite me explaining it to him 3 times. It was a £60 order and he also didn't explain that it was cash only.
I was not impressed when I arrived, that the order was wrong and I had no cash.
The lovely lady behind the counter did her best to sort the situation and I was impressed with her efforts. Thank you!

I must say that this was the best takeaway I've ever had and I'm 57. It was way better than the last banquet I had at The Slow Boat, Chester recently.

Get somebody trained answering the phone, but celebrate your on-site staff. Fantastic meal! Thank you!

came here when i was staying at a hotel some time away was very delicious food there great menu and a wide selection the service was also very good (came here some time ago btw..)
