Spent over £30 including a tip for the lying delivery driver who told me he left Heath kitchen and came straight to my house with the food, my house is 10 mins away from them but when i opened it up it was slightly warm at best. Complained to them and nothing, complained to Just-eat and nothing from them either. Refuse to do business with either of these companies again, they both lie through their back teeth and don't give a toss about it.

Enjoyed the food but I didn’t receive all I ordered. Attempted to call on the day but had no answer, was working the day after so I called again 2 days later. I was told I could not have a refund and was that I was lying about calling on the day as they “would’ve answered”. After a few minute of talking I was told I could get the food missing for free on my next order, but because of the horrible customer service I don’t even wanna go back.

Lovey food, have ordered here many times including for friends and family, only downside is always very late, sometimes two hours! Crazy when I only live 10 minutes away, hope they sort it as I’d hate to have to find a new local

Awful customer service!! I genuinely would not recommend, go elsewhere, dont bother wasting your time!! 2 hours later and food still haven’t arrived!! Please do not bother!! Awful company!!

Been a long term customer, 4 years plus, Ordered food at 10.40pm, states 11pm close they accepted my order then 20 mins later declined and refunded it as if was to late apparently, not the first time they have done this to me, why state your open till 11 yet when you order close to it, they decline it. Shame as I've been a customer for a long time. Not anymore unfortunately.

Poor service, item short and a replacement took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive after many phone calls and having the phone put down on me. Didn’t accept as I was in bed. 1st phone call offered me money off next order. Refused refund when I asked. So now out of pocket by 5.30 because they couldn’t get their act together or get the right address when talking. Disgusted when previous delivery had been ok. Will not bd using again but anyone that does, make sure you have the correct order before they leave.
