Was so looking forward to my food all night...then as I was dishing it out I tasted a bit...as you do!! Well it’s disgusting!!there is no flavour what so ever..I’m gutted I’m starving and I don’t want to eat it 🤬 never ever will I order food from here again

Had a meal from here recently as my usual was closed and the food was disgusting. Dry rice, soggy chicken balls and everything tasted the same. Rank.

So very disappointed that after years of getting takeaways from here, we were missing an item on our delivery last night, we called Golden House to advise of this and were basically told that I was lying because she had put it in the order. No apology given, nothing given for good will or loyalty for years. Disgraceful.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken, chicken chow mein bbq spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken balls and egg fried rice. Rice had barely any egg in it, salt and pepper chicken was okay but no garlic at all, chicken chow mein was just chicken with box of bean sprouts, chicken balls were big but overdone, bbq spare ribs were the worst you'll ever find, it literally tasted of water. Rang up to complain and just got an argument.

Not happy reheated chips and rice. Food was as dry as sand.
Not eating from there again. It used to be a nice takeaway. Totally gone down hill.

Aaaabsolutely the worse food I have ever had!! Ruined my night!! Noodles were like value noodles , chips were dry and rice was bland, sorry but I will never order from here again!!

Amazing food , fast delivery, overall best takeaway in caerphilly

Always order from here, food always quick, boiling hot and tastes amazing, especially the chips and pancake rolls
