Partner just called to give feedback on food as was not at all satisfactory. The attitude and pure rudeness of the staff managing the call was more disgusting than the food! A bad meal can happen - but the customer service can make up for that if they deal with it properly. Meat was grey, ribs were fatty etc. Would always usually give establishments more than one chance but will be avoiding spending any money at this place again. No need for the immediate arrogance and patronising tone when they received the call. Costs nothing to have manners. Will cost your business alot if you continue to treat people this way!!!!!

Their sauces let them down, bbq isn't bbq, and curry is quite perfumey — meh

I love the food at mayhouse the portions are good plus there lemon chicken is amazing the best around they value for money and I've never had a bad meal from them they are my number 1 Chinese around they are my favourite ever

AVOID. Awful service. Placed an order through just eat for over £90. Waited 1 hour and then had a notification to say it’s been cancelled. No explanation to say why. Will never be ordering again.

The food here is very nice, and the portions are massive. I would highly recommend to anyone.

After spending £40 food arrived 40 minutes late. they gave us cheap asda thin chips which were tasteless and undercooked, rice was all hard and stuck together. After dishing out the chips I found a battered hair in my food🤢🤢🤢 rang to complain and they did nothing about it, woman on the phone was rude and didn’t even appplogise then put the phone down. Absolute disgraceful had to throw the food out as I felt that sick.

Huge portion sizes really quick delivery and i really enjoyed it i would recommend the chicken curry rice and chips meal deal £6.80 would feed 2 people bargin
