328 Chinese

We placed an order and it arrived in good time but there was more curry in the non curry dish than there was in the curry one. In fact there was more curry in the bag than anywhere. Now these things do happen and it's not the end of the world but the person who ordered the non curry dish doesn't like curry. I phoned the shop and calmly explained, they were rude, at first they were adamant we should just put up with it. Before they finally agreed to send out replacements. I was satisfied at this point and did not intend to write a review or hold it against them at all. Out of the blue they call me back just to tell me they will not accept an order from us again, just for childish spite. Do not expect anything other than petulance from these people should a run of the mill customer service issue crop up. Expect spite and fury 😂. I've attached some pictures to their account. There is a picture of an appetizing plastic bag bag full of curry, a drenched non curry dish, and a curry dish with no curry. Just accept you made a mistake you fools. The replacement food did arrive and again the delivery was prompt and the driver polite. The food this time was wrapped with care and in good condition. The non curry dish I'm told was "quite nice", the curry dish was bland but edible.

I usually deliver from there as a regular once a week..ordered tonight and instead of king prawn balls I received chicken balls with a small tub of sweet and sour sauce and the chicken was dry in them...I explained that I get 9 king prawns with a tub of ss sauce every week. The ribs were over cooked, the onion in the chicken chow mein was raw and I didn't receive my prawn crackers...the food doesn't taste the same...must be a new cook...they didn't even resolve anything, said I would have fresh prawn crackers on my next delivery , even though they come free with the meal anyway 😂!? Also took an hour and 15 mins for delivery and on a Sunday .not impressed

One of the best Chinese takeaways in the Bargoed area, always fresh and hot food. Any issues are quickly dealt with and you are usually given a freebie for the inconvenience. Delivery time is usually around 40 minutes which is not to bad. During busier periods can take over an hour to be delivered. The Chinese is also on JustEat but not always viaable to theorder via this channel but they do offer you the ability to pay for your food via card on the phone.

Had a fab dinner from 328 tonight,as always,food was piping hot when we received it and delivery service is great! Highly recommend 328.

My husband is very happy with the 'meaty' options too.

Bit expensive but never had a bad meal. The delivery time on weekends can be very long but that's to be expected.

Only 3 times I have ordered from here and it has been nice all the time , I like the chicken balls and the curry is lush, but today had hair in my chicken ball so that put me off eating anymore of my food
