Sing Ping

Just like many Chinese one week it can be nice and the next not so good but overall there food is nice. Never had an issue here untill last Friday where myself and my partner drove here and my partner made our order of just over £30 and paid the girl. we waited a good 30min as they had a few customers that came in. When we received the food he told us the price and we told him we already paid and we left. We were hoping in to our car and the girl that served us came running over asking did we pay and at that point I said of course we paid you. Now the mistake they made was they didn't give my partner a order ticket when she paid causing the confusion and the girl was more interested in going. For a cigarette break that she weren't paying attention. Also my partner made and paid for the order but I was the one carrying the food and that may have caused confusion.
so a little tip: ensure you ask for your order ticket so this don't happen to you.
And to the staff: When taking orders pay attention to what your doing and before causing people of not paying check your damn CCTV that will show otherwise, we come there most weeks and we don't spend £5-£10 but £30-£40 at a time, with the amount of time and money we spend at your store my partner at least should be recognised as for me I have no problems taking my money and service elsewhere. So my two stars rating is not because of the food that is nice but for the bad service we received last Friday.

What a disaster, ordered a take away to be collected for 8pm, waited over an hour, must have been crazy waiting this long in the first place but didn't want to disappoint the children. Left without the food due to the chaos. The take away was full of people waiting for their order , there was no social distancing. The risk of exposure to Covid was high, this is why I left and explained to my children why they had no takeaway. It felt to me, financial gain went before safety and reputation. Very poor. Lost more than they gained in my opinion.

Why are your pancake rolls so poor now they used to be very nice packed full with meat etc.

Bestest chinese ever it really is delicious 😋 aswel as friendly owners and staff and the price is very good, I've noticed cheaper than other places.. you can order over the phone and pick it up once ready and it is always on time and same with delivery i would recommend this place 100% and i was told by my grandparents about this place first of all see and why i started going there and ever since i don't go anywhere else if i want a chinese i'll ring these. When i first moved in to my new place i ordered from where i live in pencoed and i was soo sorry i did as it wasn't nice at all was cold, just nothing is the same once you been to sing ping it really isn't!! Love it and will always stick with these!🙂
