Ming's Kitchen

I ordered a specific order, very simple, it’s on their own menu. However when they delivered the wrong thing, the scandalous chinese shop claimed it was my fault, with proof of my order I asked for the right food to be sent, then I was met with insults, police threat.
I will not tolerate this. I will be contacting the proper authorities. My consumer rights will be met, whether willingly or not.

Normally very please with the food and service here but on my last visit on NYE I was kept waiting for 3 hours only to find that they hadn't even started my order. No apology at all and the lady kept hiding out the back so I could not ask her how long. I ordered at 6.30pm and I gave up and walked out at 9.30pm with no food. Never had a problem before (apart from the lack of card payment facility) but after this experience I will be using Friendly Chinese down the road.

Had a takeaway from here the other night. I didn't notice till leaving that the hygiene rating is now only one. My takeaway way ok but I won't be back until rating is increased.

Ordered a delivery....food was ok but there was a background taste of old oil....the pompadoms were the same tasted stale old and had lost their crispness and the oil taste was even more noticeable...they are cheap to by or make they take seconds to cook...i have had a bad gut for two days...

Don’t bother ordering from here had my takeaway it was Luke warm nearly cold
