Hong Sheng

Ordered Hong Sheng last week on Friday and it was so amazing , coming from London I hoped that the takeaway would be just as good. It sure didn't let me down.
We ordered :
Prawn curry
Shredded beef in chilli sauce
House special fried rice
And a chow mein - I don't remember if it was chicken or the house special.
The food was amazing !!!! I definitely recommend anyone who fancies a chinese takeaway to get it from here .
The prawn curry was super good ! Slightly different from an Indian curry , it was such a huge portion and the prawns were cooked really well.
The rice and chow mein were also ace - the other veggies and meat were of good quantity.
There will be a bit of a wait when the restaurant gets busy , but it's worth the wait . I would love to try some of their other dishes next time as I've heard their Thai dishes are really good too. All in All 5 stars !

Just ordered from here (Heron Way) and all I can say is wow.
We just moved here from Cardiff and have always ordered the same from local restaurants, this is by far the best. Food was hot and full of flavour, and as a bonus, they included some veggie spring rolls and fried chicken legs that we didn't order! AWESOME!

Will certainly be ordering again.

Ordered food at 5:40pm, THREE hours on and no food delivered. We were quoted one hour for delivery, we have called to ask about the delivery and were rudely told they didn't know when it would be with us as they are very busy. Appreciate that its NYE, but that's why we deliberately ordered early.
Disgusting customer service.
Have been trying to help small businesses, but don't bother with these.

Waited 2 hours for delivery, still hadn't arrived so called them and they couldn't give me any sort of time scale for delivery, must need to order the day before to get any hope of actually receiving your food! Also spoke to manager who has a disgusting attitude and just expects people to wait. Quick to take your money not so quick to deliver or refund! Beware and go elsewhere!

Awful service. We went into the takeaway and were ignored for around 5 minutes. The lady just blanked us and didn't even offer up a polite "we'll be with you in a minute". We will not be bothering again!

Absolutely disappointed, my husband spoke with the takeaway before placing an order as he has a shell fish allergy and was assured his allergy would be catered for. Upon placing the order we had an email stating they didn't deliver to our address, Absolutely rubbish as they are listed on Just Eat. After a phone call to the takeaway they fobbed us off with an excuse. Wjy couldn't they be upfront in the first places

Had a few takeaway from here and always ready on time good portion size always piping hot and tastes good

Ordered food, phone call 10 minutes later from the restaurant saying I needed to order through their website, they would give me 10% off instead of using just eat.

Explained that I wanted to use Just eat as I had money on my account in there, on saying this they said they had no drivers, cancelled my order and hung up.

Worst customer service ever and I won't be ordering from here ever again.
