DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered from here for first time tonight. Had friends around and never had such bad quality food. I could see the food was not fresh straight away on opening the tubs, it was all congealed and slimy. We each ate 1 prawn ball and basically it was a lump of batter with a small prawn split inside. These are supposed to be king prawns! My husband very politely called to complain, and couldn't believe the response, they were totally unwilling to do anything about it. A guy was screaming and shouting in the background but wouldn't speak to him on the phone. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. And never been served such disgusting inedible food. They would rather have a bad reputation and review given than refund a meagre £23!! I should have checked the hygiene food rating before oredering

Me and my husband ordered from here on Sunday, food came noodles was cold, spicy garlic house special came like sticky glop....didn't look or taste appitasing. Rung to complain had no interest in listening to what I had to say, kept telling me the food was hot?!
Didn't receive an apology and nothing was resolved. Won't order here again worst Chinese I had.

EDIT 2: months on, many orders, new dishes tried and still absolutely love this place..still have zero idea what people are leaving this place bad reviews for..

I even tried the curry and chips which I wouldn't normally from a Chinese takeaway.. absolutely lovely. Skin on chips which I personally love soaked in curry sauce and an absolute giant portion for £3..weren't dry, undercooked or anything. Usually get the pork balls which are amazing but tried the chicken balls and I have never seen such a giant bag of chicken balls lol, good quality to..
Favourite Chinese in Swansea! Keep it up <3

EDIT 1: No idea what these negative reviews are about 🤷🏼‍♂️..I wouldn't let it out you off, people love a moan but it takes alot for someone to leave positive reviews on google..so go off that 👍
been here many times now and never had an issue. Even on busy/quiet nights..im a pretty brutal critic to lol..

Really good Chinese, probably my favourite in Swansea. Not underpriced or overpriced, you get what you pay for and the portions are a good size with just the right amount of meat. Have started coming here quite often as always arrives hot and fresh, veggies are always crunchy which is a good sign everything is done fresh.

Good, fast and friendly service every time and are open late which is perfect for me. Wish they'd stay open till 12 Fri/Saturday though :)

If I was going to recommend a Chinese in Swansea I would say this place everytime. Eaten at many Chinese restaurants being my favourite takeaway food and I know good food when I see it.

Ordered for collection last night, the food was absolutely awful everything had a funny taste to it the rice was all stuck together and dry on on the bottom. The ribs wernt even edible they were so hard, the chicken balls all had this thick glupy white around every chicken. I will never order from here again. I've been up since 4am being sick since having this food last night, very disappointed £25 for my birthday chinese and it was ruined and now I'm ill from the food

Chips were spot on, but pancake roll, just beansprouts in batter no taste, flavour just plain & bland

Had a delivery tonight. Got to say it was really good. Special requests weren't a problem. Huge portions. And went out of their way cos our drive has been digged up. Well worth it

Had a fabulous meal tonight, on one of the busiest nights of the year and it was top quality, plenty of it and piping hot… can’t recommend this place enough NEVER had a bad meal from here …..

One star is too good for this place. Avoid at all costs, there are so many better restaurants nearby that actually cook fresh and tasty food. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.
