I have suffered for years with back & neck pain. I was scared to go to a chiropractor from a bad experience when I was young. So glad I went to Dr Patel eventually (in my early 50’s!). She is very helpful, nice & knowledgeable and from my first treatment I could actually sleep better at night! I am improving after every visit and can highly recommend 😊

I’ve been a patient of Dr Patel for many years, having regular foot-care & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is very thorough, knowledgeable & attentive. After my visit I feel like I could dance on Strictly! She was very supportive when my husband was terminally ill, & after he died, which was so valuable to me. We also find time to see the funnier side of life & the shrieks of laughter ring through the building. Dr Patel - you are a tonic!

I was impressed at the diagnosis of the variety of things wrong with my feet, knees and hips. The orthotics provided on the first visit have made a massive improvement in my walking and removed the pain. Ongoing treatment continues to improve other areas. My arthritis is improved so movement is good, posture is better and I think I should have come years ago. Highly recommended.

Just remarkable. After 3 years of pain and being unable to walk properly, the Richmond Clinic's shockwave treatment and chiropractic fixed my ankle tendons and hip misalignment in just four sessions. Utterly incredible and I am so, so grateful to be moving freely again and not feeling so very old at 57! I want to say it's some kind of magic, but I know it is Dr Patel's talent, education, experience and deep expertise that is behind it. And she's a lovely person to boot.

I have been experiencing various problems with my feet over the last 5 years and was fortunate enough recently to visit the Richmond Clinic. Dr Patel has used her vast knowledge and expertise to diagnose and treat me and I am extremely impressed and very grateful. I will be telling everyone I know about the Clinic and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Pat made me feel reassured and at ease from the moment I arrived. Six sessions in and I feel that I am very well taken care of, great advice (on other topics too like acupuncture and mindfulness) as our conversations flow! So glad to have met Pat and I would highly recommend the clinic and their services they provide.

Dr Patel is amazing! She has completely transformed my partners feet after being diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year. He was struggling with severe pain and was hardly able to walk due to this. Merely a few months later and he can now confidently walk, is sleeping much better and has no pain anymore. It has given his life back! Couldn’t be more thankful to Dr Patel. 5 stars.

I am a recent patient to the Clinic and, I must admit, so far, I am very favorably, impressed. My only issue, which I discussed with Dr. Patel before writing this review, was that there is no Receptionist (at the moment) to greet the patients or take the calls, which, I felt, might impact on the efficiency of service, and is a possible risk to her own safety. Dr. Patel explained the reasons for the situation which I found quite satisfactory.
Other than that, I have nothing but praise for both service and efficacity of service.
Dr. Patel is nothing short of a miracle worker! She is not only, obviously immensely knowledgeable, but she seems to have an instant flair for what is best for her patient, even if such patient is a total unknown entity !
I had been walking, for at least the last three years, on an excruciatingly painful, Morton Neuroma, for which doctors seemed only able to offer cortisone injections, which temporarily treat the pain, but not the cause.
After only one laser treatment by Dr.Patel, I already perceived a change, in as much as the nerves beneath my left toes (source of the problem) seemed to feel like they had started untangling themselves ! The pain went from constant to intermittent. After four tretments, though the knot seems to still be present, albeit greatly reduced, the pain is totally absent for hours on end !
Dr. Patel is very obviously dedicated to her patients, and her 'Craft'! She does make me feel welcome each time I come for treatment, and appears to be genuinely intent on improving my wellbeing.
On my way to my last appointment, in the bus I met a woman who, many years ago, had been to Richmond Clinic, and had been, very successfully treated, for a back complaint, by Dr. Patel, whom she remembered with gratitude! That, in itself, is a testimony to Dr. Patel's skills.
