Epoch Lincoln

I am currently in the middle of my treatment with Epoch who have been supporting me with chronic headaches that I have experienced for many years and have also been helping massively to get my autonomic nervous system regulated again after struggling with long covid. Tom is brilliant his knowledge and care has been excellent and I fully trust him which is not something that comes naturally to me. The whole team are a pleasure from the team who welcome you at reception to all the chiropractor team. It has made such a difference to my health and Tom is fully supportive when I have natural dips in my recovery and always knows exactly how to get me back on track. Tom and the team create a relaxing atmosphere at Epoch, they are all very friendly and helpful, nothing is ever to much. I see Tom regularly for treatment, also my partner and my daughter are treated by Tom. The whole team has a wealth of knowledge and have a lot of patience for a lot of questions from my daughter. If my daughter is unsure of any part of the treatment she is having, Tom talks her through the how's and whys calmly and appropriately. I couldn't ask for a better chiropractic team.

Having tried self help and physio before to no long term success I took the offer of an assessment from Epoch. The confidence Tom inspired as to what chiropractic adjustments could do for me was great. The best thing is that he and the team delivered on this. Epoch has a great atmosphere, the team are always happy to chat and help, providing flexibility in booking and altering appointments. Thoroughly recommended and I have passed their contact details to many of my friends.

I’ve been seeing Dr Tom and the team for over two years now. I went with a very poorly shoulder due to over working. Previously I’d tried an osteopath that kept me going but didn’t sort the problem. Sense going to Tom I am now so much better then ever. It is a delight to see Tom and the team -in a super friendly environment, all are very helpful, and dedicated. They genuinely care about your health and well being. I would (and often do) highly recommend them to you and your loved ones.

Just want to say what an incredible person and chiropractor Lewis is. He has changed my life since my first visit. Always so welcoming, and stops at nothing to ensure I am comfortable. He has helped me with back pain, migraines, and general well-being/nutrition. All of the staff at Epoch are so incredibly lovely and I feel lucky to be able to visit once a week and receive amazing service and treatment. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I feel very welcome and supported on every visit, very important as its difficult to start to discuss such personal matters.
The honest, clear explanations (and pictures) of my condition and the measurements of progress have helped me to visualise my situation. I can feel and see the changes that are happening to the shape of my spine and the consequent improvements in my general health and core strength, surprised at how quickly this started to happen.
I very much appreciate the tips and exercises given to help maintain the progress and to regain more control for myself.
Overall I feel more motivated, able and determined to stretch and exercise, so am stronger to carry out the activities I enjoy and to maintain the improvements to my posture. A lifetime project.

I’ve been going to epoch for 5 years now. All the staff are incredible and so welcoming. I trust Tom with all my health, the knowledge he has is next level & he’s helped me in more ways than anyone would know and I’m so grateful.
Not long ago I started my own little family and now my 3 week old baby girl sees him too, when she was born she couldn’t latch to feed from me, after just 2 adjustments, she’s now latching perfect!

I can't recommend the lovely Epoch team highly enough they really are fantastic. I've had no lower back pain at all since I started here and that used to floor me it even landed me in hospital at one stage. I was shocked at how bad my back was when I had my first consultation but the wonderful Dr John has helped massively. I recommend them to everyone and even booked my kids in who have also come on in leaps and bounds health wise both physical and mental since starting here. The whole team are so lovely and really make you feel at home.
