It's a wonderful Church dedicated to Our Lady giving more attention to her Virginity. Once been a Catholic Church through the history, it's an Anglican Church. The neighbouring cemetery gives a good lesson about life and its fragility. The Church is in a serene way without further traffic and busy transportation and most of the time open for the public. The Church is a gem for personal and private prayer. The atmosphere around the Church is prayerful and peaceful. Unlike many other churches, this is a very quiet and modest Church that invites a soul to the Poverty of the Cross of our Redeemer.

Pretty little church with a long history. St Mary the Virgin is a Grade 1 listed building being mainly C12th and built on an earlier site. In the C15th the chancel was altered adding a west tower with 3 stages. Also added was the south porch though the south doorway is C12th. The church is normally open to view and worth a visit.

Absolutely worth a visit, beautiful little church tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life.
