St Martin's Church

This was my local Church when I was a young boy living in Detling Village and it is still as quaint as it always was.
I had the privilege of taking some photos for a major Google Maps and Google Street View update recently and it was great to step back in time to this lovely little village church.

A very pretty church nestled in the village of detling and yet so close to the M20 and various other major routes.

Nice church! Shame it was shut.

Beautiful looked after looks nice at night with lights easy to get to

From the outside looks to be a beautiful church . Despite its closeness to busy roads it retains the calm ambience of a country church .

Excellent community fellowship with Anglican worship. Friendly and welcoming folk. I'm going again!!
