Average Church of England establishment , appears that these establishments are becoming led by some women rather than men, as men seem to appear to be handing over the authority they once had. Not a negative appraisal just an observation! However it is quite a welcoming environment, the vicor, her assistant and her readers are all very actively involved and a lovely friendly atmosphere shows this.
