Stunning church with pleasant grounds that get you away from the main high street. Great place to loll in the sun or have lunch.

Who knew... nice church, little nice park at the back and a jazz venue on Friday nights!

Amazing church building, large inside with great detail and lots of seating, fantastic location and lovely, friendly Fr Nicholas

Fr Nicholas gave my uncle a well respected funeral, conducted as the family wished and no rush on time. The Father encouraged for anyone to come up to the mic and say a few words. Throuoghly enjoyed the whole funeral service. I will be back for a sunday service.

It feels a little sinful but this church has a fantastic jazz night each Friday. It is set downstairs in the crypt. Alcohol and food is available. I would advise booking ahead but tickets are usually available at the door. The range of great musicians suggest this club is run by true lovers of jazz. This serves for a tremendous evening. If you are not sure about jazz, this is an affordable foray but it is a nobly serious club so do not expect to chat all night without receiving a tut or two. That said, everyone is friendly so if you are on your own, give it a try.

If you're looking for great live music, affordable drinks and, oh, a mini Japanese cafe in Southeast London, check out this intimate church crypt-turned-jazz-lounge. They really do pull out all the stops where music is concerned. Be warned that you might have to wait a while for food or the loo and you'll need to get to the venue early because it gets crowded down there, but you will leave smiling and humming. I guarantee that!

St.Giles Church is lovely & nice grounds. In the Church looks big, but their benches the seating area very uncomfortable I have Arthritis in my hip benches are terrible & I must point out there's no access for people in wheel chairs to get to the loo. The toilet is dark & creepy not much toilet rolls Toilets are downstairs, the worst public toilets I've used unfortunately. I can give 3 start's now these places must do more for people in wheel chairs they need access to the toilet they won't be able to with those stairs. Parking can be tricky

My parents got married here many moons ago. It is a pretty church, especially in Spring.
