Before the Underground arrived, Morden was a tiny village scattered along the Epsom Road with the church in a deer park at the southern end. It's a brick edifice built in 1636, which is a very unusual time to build a country church in England. Morden is now horrible, but the park survives. The interior apparently contains very good monuments, but it's not clear to me whether the church is ever open apart from the times of services -and I did look at the new website.

A wonderful friendly, family church. Warm and welcoming and Jesus at it's centre. Good teaching and lots of different activities for everyone.

Although i’m not religious, i’ve been to this church many times. It’s gorgeous, and has wonderful artwork inside. The owners Claire and David are lovely and very friendly. I know people that used to go to a kids summer club they have hosted, they said it was fantastic but i’m not sure if they still do it though. Beautiful grounds.
