This Brazilian community of believers is family to me, and are all so incredible! We've been going here for some time now and highly recommend people to go! They have translators if you don't understand Brazilian yet, too.

We've been attending Sudbury Baptist for 10 years now, ever since we moved to the area and I think that says it all! Having visited a LOT of local churches when we first came here, we found this one to be the most warmly welcoming one, with lovely accessible Sunday morning services, amazingly well-led worship with a mix of modern songs and some traditional hymns, and our pastor, Graham, who preaches wonderfully, always explaining what the bible is teaching really clearly. The church family here is so loving and kind; a multi-generational and multi-cultural family that we very quickly settled in to. The main Sunday service is at 10.30am every week, with a time of sung worship for the first half hour or so, then the children of school age go out to their Sunday club (separate groups for primary and secondary school aged children). There's also a creche available for smaller ones and refreshments available after the service. If you'd like to be prayed for, there's a prayer team available at the end of the service and there are also bible study groups and a prayer meeting during the week.
The church welcomes anyone, no matter what their stage of faith journey, so do drop in and see us.
There are also our brothers and sisters from the Portuguese-speaking church that meets in the same building on Saturday evenings, which we've attended once or twice too and enjoyed.
