St James Church

I love this church so so much. I attended Resonate (evening youth church) every Sunday and have started driving a car full of friends along. Since I started attending this church, I have felt really at home and free to ask any question that I want. The church building is beautiful and the community is equally as supportive.
I would definitely recommend this church to anyone.

Extraordinary disappointing experience, with a person called Mark, I guess, an office staff, visibly not prepared to deal with people, and even worse, well prepared to criticise not first language speakers people, (my case by the way) as, he was ready to correct me, but not paying attention on what I was trying to say, that was simply, to quickly give my business card, and offer my services to the church, as key worker, since I’m working in the area, but unfortunately he didn’t let me explain or even look at my card.
Church been church!

This church has 2 services. 9am traditional with organ and hymns and sermon and a 10:45 am with band and same sermon. So you can take what suits you. I tried both and really loved the 9am because it feels like how church ought to be. The sermon quality is fantastic, challenges your thinking and has practical life application. Ive shed a tear or two as it’s sometimes so moving and divine. Almost like God himself is talking to you. Would highly recommend. Hidden gem.

It's a happy church, it's a family church it's a church where you can feel at home. The ministers are so thoughtful and wise. There are growth groups and things for the smallest babies to the biggest teens.

My Son and I went to pay our respects to Margaret Rutherford and her Husband Stringer Davis, beautiful and peaceful absolutely wonderful.

Friendly, with good biblical preaching. Communal singing with a pipe organ 😃.

Great place to worship. The teaching of the word of God is very good

Going alone I felt that I was not going to be welcomed, quite the opposite is true. Was introduced to so many inspiring friendly people. Gave me such faith in humanity and god at the service today. Thank you so much for everyone involved in making it all a reality. Heros. No matter who you are, or what you have done, you are worthy of such a fantastic service. Please do come along.
