I attend the slimming world group that's here every Saturday

I attended a funeral here today 4/11/`21 and haven`t a clue about what was said at the service. Why ? The p.a. system if it was switched on, was worse than poor, it was pointless having it ! It is important that the congregation in a church regardless of the service, can hear the word of God. Attending is pointless if they can`t. All that we at the back could hear, was a low murmer. A microphone can`t give a whisperer a voice - it needs something to work with.

The church seems a well maintained building, tidy, clean and nicely decorated with some lovely stained glass windows. Inside is not ornate but rather simplistic in decoration, but I would imagine an easy place to relax and be prayerful. It is worth visiting ...... but the p.a. ?
