Beautiful little church and some lovely woodland right near by love this place.

Beautiful church with a lovely, welcoming congregation.

I have visited this Church for many years, with a local school and through loved ones being here. Yesterday we held a service there for my late Nan and the Vicar was exceptional. The church hasn’t changed in the 20+ years I’ve visited, it’s so peaceful and so beautiful. Now my Nan is here, I’m at peace that I can visit her at such a lovely place. Peggy ❤️

This lovely parish church is in an idyllic setting and has served the local community since the year 1237; albeit with some substantial upgrades and refurbishments over the years.

I particularly liked the decorations on the railings beside the church noticeboard. These ‘Hope Railings’ currently display Easter decorations; mainly the work of local primary schoolchildren. Since the first Covid lockdown displays have changed regularly, all aimed at bringing messages of hope, comfort, joy and love. A positive approach in these difficult times.

Attractive Church in a scenic location. The interior looks beautiful too from the pictures. There some quite interestingly ornate tombs and there is a war cemetery. It is a shame that so much of the surrounding countryside is restricted access so the permitted walking routes are quite churned up and boggy at this time of year (February).

It must be good; I am a member of the congregation and a bell ringer there. Opening times are limited at the moment due to the aftermath of covid but we will be back to normal soon.

When to my nices wedding here. It was a very special time for them and me. Great vicar to. Xx
