The noise from the outside world always dissolves into nothing when I visit St Peter's.

St Peter's Church in the Hope Valley is a nice place to visit for private prayer, collective worship and bell ringing.
I would like to point out that I took these pictures inside the Old School Rooms, which is a separate building behind Loxley Hall and St Peter's.
At the Old School Rooms, we run local coffee mornings for at least 2 Saturdays a month, from 10AM to 12PM. The pictures I took were from Saturday 22nd January 2022, when the coffee morning was in aid of The Leprosy Mission.
The coffee mornings are a nice way for locals and visitors to meet up, catch up with recent happenings, find out more about each charity or organisation we support and take part in the raffle. There is a good variety of prizes on offer, and the proceeds from the raffle go towards the rental fees for hiring the 'Rooms and running the coffee mornings.
By extension, local produce is sold during the coffee mornings. These include homemade cakes and other products that support Traidcraft and Fairtrade, such as toilet rolls and biscuits. Books are also on sale during the week - usually on Wednesdays - and at the coffee mornings.

Just had to stop to photograph whilst passing through. It looked lovely with the sun setting behind. It was not open, so could only take photos of the outside.
